Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and process Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs) from employees.
• Upload approved quotation in the system.
• Monitor purchase history.
• Update and maintain the sourcing database regularly.
• Create Purchase Orders using NAVISION.
• Coordinate with all departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate payment processing.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any business course.
• With at least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong organization skills and attention to details.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Can start immediately.
