Qualifications:

• College graduate/ Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering/ MechanicalEngineering.
• PRC license or any equivalent. Experience:
• 1- 2 years experience in purchasing assistant/ staff. Skills:

• Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Order (PO) preparation.
• Contract documentation management.
• Procurement and supply chain management.
• Project scheduling and operational planning.
• Record-keeping and documentation accuracy.
• Supplier performance tracking and monitoring.
• Cross-departmental coordination (engineering, logistics, operations,warehouse).
• Technical specification clarification.
• Delivery follow-up and issue resolution.
• Quality, safety, and compliance monitoring.
• Supplier compliance enforcement.
• Supplier evaluation and continuous improvement participation.
• Cost control and savings identification.
