Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) for production materials, ensuring accuracy.
• Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and build relationships with new and existing suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiation: Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast material needs, and coordinate with warehouse/production to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Logistics & Tracking: Follow up on orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain purchasing records, update databases, and prepare reports on purchasing activities and cost savings.
• Quality Control: Liaise with quality teams to ensure received materials meet standards.
