- Handles all purchases of supplies of each department for their monthly stock level, construction materials for General Service Department and for special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
- Negotiates with the local and international suppliers for the price of materials, its availability, payment terms and delivery method.
- Responsible for ensuring reports pertaining to price trend, suppliers list, and monitoring of purchases for Operations and Business Support are regularly submitted.
