- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Canvass of Bill of Materials for bidding and costing
- Coordinate with technical team for specification of offered equipment.
- Canvass of purchase requests
- Short listing of credible and accredited suppliers
- Negotiate/haggle of prices with accredited suppliers
- Negotiate for better terms of payment.
- Conduct follow up of delivery of ordered goods
- Encoding files and purchasing documents
- Preparation of documents and reports as may be required
- Must possess Bachelor's/College Degree
- Graduate of Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering, Business course or equivalent
- Required Skill(s): Communication, Negotiation
