• Processing of canvassing products, purchase requisition and purchase orders with local suppliers

• Creation of PO with local supplier and WINT SG

• Updating of MRP profile of articles and monitoring of SDS portal as needed arise

• Application of SDS on new chemical products

• Identifies purchasing needs based on request of requesting departments.

• Places special orders and forecasted products.

• Tracks product orders and ensures timely delivery.

• Notifies sales team concerning delivery status such as delays, change orders and discontinued articles.

• Updates internal database of order details including IP, information record, qualities, price and quantities.

• Processes transferring of stocks from plant to plant (E700, E720 & E730).

• Applies IP for new vendors and articles.

• Prepares monthly update of total consumption for supply chain meeting.

• Handles price and availability inquiry of ADMs.

• Monitors status of product repair and requests service payment

• Recording and monitoring of an items for repair including the purchasing of spare parts per requisition once necessary

• Processing of warranty claim of defective items to complaint portal and suppliers

• Regularly monitoring of carboot, product issued to AM/ADM/PM the samples and accountabilities

• Conduct orientation to the newly on-board as needed arise

• Conducts sourcing and evaluation based on set criteria of potential suppliers for all non-trade items needed by various departments of the company.

• Follows supplier accreditation guidelines promulgated by the company and shortlists potential suppliers for regular items being maintained
