Position: Purchase Assistant (Q.C.)

Location: Morato, Quezon City

Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000(Negotiable)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With at least 1-2 years’ experience in spare parts, shipment and importation is an advantage
• With experience working in distributor company like home appliances company is a plus
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness; negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
• Manage and process import documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare, handle, and monitor DTI-related documents and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
• Perform other purchasing and procurement-related duties as may be assigned by management.
