Role OverviewThe QA Lead is responsible for end to end test planning execution reporting and stakeholder coordination across multiple projects This role requires strong leadership a process improvement mindset and hands on QA management experience in a client facing environment
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end to end testing activities from planning to execution and reportingDefine and implement test strategies frameworks and test plansDrive process efficiencies and continuous improvement initiativesCoach mentor and support QA team members to improve performance and qualityEnsure cross functional communication and alignment with all stakeholdersManage project timelines risks and testing deliverablesPrepare and present test status reports to stakeholders and clientsEnsure quality standards are met across all projects
Required Skills and CompetenciesStrong stakeholder management and cross functional communication skillsExpertise in test planning and test management with end to end ownershipStrong leadership and people management skillsExperience driving process efficiencies and quality improvements
Experience and QualificationsBachelor degree or college recognition in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experienceFive plus years experience in Software QA testingFive plus years experience in QA managementStrong software testing and QA management knowledgeStrong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
