To meet the construction and operation needs of the Kuantan project site in Malaysia, we are publicly recruiting two (2) Installation QC Inspectors locally.

I. Job Responsibilities

一、岗位职责

1. Responsible for supervising and inspecting project construction quality, and accountable for quality verification and confirmation.

1. 负责项目的工程质量监督检查工作，对工程质量负监督与确认责任。

2. Be familiar with construction drawings and design documents.

2. 熟悉施工图设计文件。

3. Receive briefings on construction organization design and method statements, and understand technical and management requirements.

3. 接受施工组织设计、施工方案交底，了解相关技术及管理要求。

4. Participate in technical briefings for construction teams and ensure process and workmanship requirements are properly communicated.

4. 参加对施工作业班组的技术交底，监督工艺和工序质量要求交底到位。

5. Conduct quality inspections on work areas according to technical briefings, and perform on-site witnessing when necessary.

5. 依据技术交底对施工作业面进行质量巡查，必要时进行旁站监督。

6. Be familiar with quality acceptance standards for sub-divisions, sub-items, and inspection lots, conduct continuous quality tracking, and promptly correct non-compliant practices.

6. 熟悉各分部、分项及检验批工程的质量验收标准，对施工质量进行跟踪检查，及时纠正违规操作，防止质量隐患或事故。

7. Assist discipline engineers in process quality control and complete inspection, acceptance, and documentation.

7. 协助专业工程师实施工序质量控制，完成检验、验收及资料编制。

8. Conduct inspection and acceptance jointly with the Client and Supervision Consultant.

8. 会同建设方、监理方对检验批质量进行验收。

9. Participate in site quality inspections and supervise rectifications.

9. 参与现场质量检查并监督整改。

10. Participate in the investigation and handling of project quality incidents.

10. 参与项目质量事故的调查和处理。

11. Prepare quality statistical reports and submit them in a timely manner.

11. 负责项目质量统计报表并及时上报。

12. Inspect incoming materials and equipment for compliance and proper protection.

12. 对进场材料和设备进行核查，确保符合项目要求并妥善防护。

13. Prepare and maintain quality supervision logs.

13. 编制质量监督工作日志。

14. Follow instructions and work arrangements assigned by superiors.

14. 服从上级安排与工作指令。

II. Job Requirements

二、任职要求

1. Physically fit, able to work on petrochemical/refinery sites.

1. 身体健康，能适应石化/炼化项目施工现场环境。

2. Diploma or above in mechanical or related disciplines, with over 2 years of installation QC experience and relevant certifications.

2. 大专/中专及以上学历，机械、焊接等相关专业，2 年以上安装 QC 经验并持有相关证书。

3. Familiar with quality control for equipment, piping, tanks, steel structures, heat treatment, and corrosion protection.

3. 熟悉设备、管道、储罐、钢结构、热处理、防腐保温等质量控制要点。

4. Strong quality awareness, responsible and objective.

4. 质量意识强，责任心强，坚持原则，客观公正。

5. Comply with project safety regulations and site safety requirements.

5. 遵守项目安全管理规定，熟悉施工现场安全要求。

6. Proficient in office software with good communication skills.

6. 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
