DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing plans: Reviewing technical specifications, construction plans, and drawings to ensure compliance with standard. 
• Conducting inspections: Performing quality control inspections of materials and workmanship 
• Analyzing results: Analyzing inspection results and test forms. 
• Identifying issues: Identifying and reporting safety hazards and discrepancies 
• Preparing documentation: Preparing and maintaining progress reports, inspection and test documentation, and operation and maintenance manuals 
• Coordinating with others: Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction management teams 
• Improving processes: Analyzing inspection results and designing improvements to production lines 
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and equipment specifications. 
• Closing out projects: Assisting with punch list items, final inspections, and closing out project paperwork and contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering generally required.
2. Hands-on experience through internships or entry-level positions is also crucial.
3. Effective communication skills. 
4. Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
