1. Preparation of bid documents, including bills of quantities with sales and/or the client. Undertaking cost analysis.

2. Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.

3. Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work, and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

4. Preparing and maintaining project budgets, including labor, materials. equipment and services.

5. Perform cost analysis, estimating the expected cost for the project.

6. Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs and determine reasons for any discrepancies.

7. Monitor project costs and provide cost control recommendations.

8. Validate cost data from various sources for consistency and accuracy.

9. Collaborate with procurement and contract management to manage costs and negotiate contracts

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer, is not required but a plus
• With atleast 3 years experience
• Willing to work on-site and start immediately
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing quality issues.
• Communication and fellowship skills to collaborate with various projects.
