Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales calls and provide constructive feedback to agents

• Coach and mentor agents to improve performance and compliance

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on quality standards and processes

• Participate in client meetings and teleconferences

• Take ownership of quality issues and escalations

• Plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• At least 2nd-year college completed

• 2–4 years overall experience

• 1–2 years experience in quality monitoring within a call center sales environment

• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback

• Experience handling quality issues, escalations, and client communications
