Quality Analyst – 10 Pax
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package: ₱40,000
- 1-month paid training
- Full-time, onsite role at Double Dragon, Pasay City
- Monday to Friday schedule with shifting hours
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in the BPO industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with quality monitoring tools and reporting
