The Quantity Surveyor is responsible in estimating the quantities, costs and time scales for materials and labor. This role requires coordinating to different departments and helping to keep a project on track.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management: Cost planning, budgeting, estimating quantities / materials / labor, cost control.
•  Preparation of Bill of Quantities: Provides itemized quantities of all construction works including but not limited to measured quantities and pricing of materials and labor.
•  Project Monitoring: Tracking project costs against approved budget.
•  Coordination: Coordinating with the different departments under Operations and others.
