Description
- Prepare and manage cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.
- Monitor project expenditures and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable and eager to learn
