Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’ Degree Holder
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• With at least 1 year of work experience in Real Estate Industry
• Knowledgeable in preparing tax or BIR matters
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing contracts, agreements and other documents for real estate transactions
• Advertise and promote the real estate properties
• Responsible for resolving issues regarding with the properties and tenants.
• Preparing tax and BIR matters
• Negotiating deals with clients and maintain relationships with them.
