- Assist Senior Office Administrator in the Admin Department
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Welcoming guests / visitors
- Scanning and filing of documents (contracts, insurances, etc.)
- Monitor the inventory of office supplies and groceries
- Monitor the cleanliness of the offices
- Filing and scanning of hard copy of documents
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by Senior Office Administrator
- College graduate
- Proficient in computer (Microsoft Office Applications)
- Organization, attention to details, multi-tasking, and good communication skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Must have initiative and independent
