Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide information and support to clients and staff.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a receptionist or related role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Typically a standard office environment with regular business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, friendly attitude, and ability to multitask effectively.
