HR Recruiter 6pm - 6 am CST Fri-Sun

Rate: starting $6 and will increase to $8 after 3 months

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter to support a growing medical staffing firm! If you’re organized, confident on the phone, and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment, this might be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, medical assistants, caregivers, etc.)
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, certifications, and availability
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and submit top candidates
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
• Schedule and confirm interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the process
• Conduct reference and credential checks as needed
• Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance with required documentation
• Provide regular recruitment reports and status updates
• Maintain a professional, friendly candidate experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare or medical staffing experience preferred)
• Familiarity with tools like iSolved or WellSky is a plus
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Not afraid to make calls, you’ll be speaking with candidates daily!
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls and interviews
