  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative support.
