• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and attract candidates through online platforms, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and or verification to assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with Department head to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure candidates' information is organized.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and its culture

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marketing Management
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the MS Office Suite

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Able to meet manpower request and line-up deadlines independently, without supervision
