Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site works related to audio visual, lighting, and auxiliary systems
• Handle projects from planning, design coordination, installation, testing, up to commissioning
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades for AV and lighting systems
• Prepare, review, and manage BOQ / BOM, material take-offs, and cost estimates
• Prepare and monitor S-curve, project schedules, and progress billing
• Design and review AV and lighting layouts using CAD
• Prepare load schedules, power requirements, and technical documentation
• Prepare BOM, quotations, and technical proposals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Conduct site inspections and submit regular project status reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• With experience in audio visual and lighting systems
• Strong background in site works and end-to-end project implementation
• Knowledgeable in BOQ/BOM, S-curve, and progress billing
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is an advantage
• Knows how to drive with valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
