Delishcheese Dough Pizza House is seeking a reliable and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and experienced in food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
• Monitor inventory, sales, and cash handling
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are followed
• Handle customer concerns and operational issues
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor (F&B preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in inventory control and cash management
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
• Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
