Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff recruiting, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong operations management, teamwork, and communication skills; proficiency in quality control.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment; may require long hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, adaptability, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service.
