Position: Restaurant Manager

Education: College degree or above

Nationality: Filipino or Ethnic Chinese (any country)

Languages: must Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)

• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate teams
• Passion for the food service industry and knowledge of operational workflows
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house to guarantee timely and accurate food delivery
• Manage staff: recruitment, training, scheduling, motivation, and evaluation
• Handle customer complaints and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements:

• Must speak and write Mandarin fluently
• MUST RESIDE or nearby PASAY
