Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support front and back of house staff
• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are met
• Manage staff schedules and attendance
• Assist in training and developing team members
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen/management

Qualifications:

• With prior experience in a professional restaurant setting as a Supervisor or Team Leader (required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Can handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Organized, reliable, and hands-on

Extra skills (nice to have):

• Knowledge of inventory control and ordering
• Experience in staff training and development
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
