Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high service standards.
- Supervise staff, providing training and motivation to enhance performance.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Monitor inventory and manage supplies efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with management to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of food safety practices, excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent problem-solving abilities.
