What You’ll Do

• Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with orders, deliveries, returns, and billing
• Provide accurate product information and resolve concerns efficiently
• Deliver friendly, professional service that builds trust and loyalty
• Document interactions and meet quality standards

Qualifications

• College Graduate, 2nd Year College Undergraduate, or Senior High School Graduate
• With at least 6 mos BPO experience (retail experience is a plus)
• Knowledgeable in Sales and Soft selling
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
