Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing online customer support, and addressing questions regarding exchange operations, account management, and trading processes. Communicate with customers in the target language to ensure accurate information delivery and efficient processing.

Responsible for collecting customer feedback and suggestions, collaborating with the team to improve service processes and user experience.

Capable of handling high-intensity work pressure, providing services according to the scheduled shifts, and accepting a three-shift work arrangement (morning, afternoon, evening). Participate in regular training to continuously enhance business knowledge and customer service skills.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors related to languages, finance, etc.

Fluency in reading and writing in the target language is required, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with local clients.

Strong expression skills in both Chinese and English, capable of accurately understanding and conveying work content.

Over 1 year of experience in customer service or related positions; experience in finance or cryptocurrency exchanges is preferred. Strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to remain calm and focused under pressure.

Proficient in using computers and office software, with a certain level of internet knowledge.

Compensation

Monthly salary of 1400U + monthly performance bonus, remote work, five days on and two days off.

Japanese Customer Service Shift Schedule:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Night shift allowance of 15U per shift)
