Develop and implement occupational health and safety plans to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Maintain up-to-date safety regulations and industry standards to promote continuous improvement in safety practices.
Conduct safety training sessions for laborers, staff and subcontracting management personnel
Develop and maintain comprehensive safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety
Participate in the acceptance of inspections of on-site mechanical equipment, electrical systems, safety protection installations and firefighting facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards
Identify and mandate the correction of on-site safety hazards, oversee the rectification process and review the outcome to ensure compliance and effectiveness
Conduct daily safety inspections, implement the production safety inspection plan, promptly address and investigate instances of unauthorized command, unsafe operations and violations of safety protocols
Establish and maintain safety management data files.
Provide expert guidance on all matters related to safety and occupational health

Candidate should have a Bachelor/s Degree of Civil Engineer and other related studies
Should have at least 3-5 years of related work experience
Background in safety management of road and bridge construction is an advantage
Must be familiar with the laws and regulations related to safety and occupational health
Must have an excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Has the ability to work on-site in various weather conditions and physically demanding environment
