• Site Inspections & Risk Assessment: Identify potential electrical, fire, and structural hazards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to DOLE standards and company safety policies.
• Access Control: Monitor and restrict unauthorized entry into live, high-voltage zones.
• Emergency Response: Develop, test, and lead emergency plans, including rescue procedures.
• Training & Briefing: Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and safety training.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents or near-misses and recommend corrective actions. 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification: Often requires OSH/BOSH Certification, COSH, or SO3 Level accreditation,.
• Experience: Previous experience in electrical, construction, or high-voltage, power generation industries.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of substation equipment, safe working distances, and PPE requirements.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and emergency response skills.
