Job Description
主要职责：
• 维护所有客户/代理商长期良好的合作关系。
• 积极寻找新的客户资源及开拓新的代理人网络。
• 协助客户和代理人处理开户及账户管理问题。
• 持续进行市场调研，分析行业趋势，挖掘新的业务机会，并及时向公司汇报最新信息。
• 定期向管理层汇报业务发展进展和市场分析结果。
• 组建团队以提升关键绩效指标（KPI），为自己和团队设定每月业务KPI，并对团队业绩负责。
应征条件：
• 具备外汇相关业务拓展经验（必备）。
• 熟悉客户开发战略知识和执行能力。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和人际互动能力
• 能快速带来业绩
