- Ensure all documents are organized and categorized.
- Gather necessary packing materials (boxes, labels, tape, etc.).
- Packing Documents:
- Place documents in labeled boxes or folders.
- Ensure documents are facing the correct direction and are not folded or creased.
- Use acid-free tissue paper or document separators if necessary.
- Labeling and Sealing:
- Clearly label each box with its contents and destination.
- Seal boxes securely with packing tape.
- Verification and Quality Control:
- Double-check the contents of each box against the packing list.
- Verify that all boxes are properly labeled and sealed.
