The Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and effectively reach our target audience. Job Description:

• Prepare comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for all business units, products, and solutions.
• Support the sales team with up-to-date, relevant, and aligned marketing materials.
• Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, including their impact on sales performance and campaign success.
• Research and evaluate market demand, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads and support account acquisition through events.
• Ensure consistent and strong company branding through internal and external initiatives.
• Utilize and monitor CRM systems effectively for campaign management and performance tracking.
• Other tasks as assigned to support overall marketing and branding strategies.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business, or any equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign performance tracking.
