Position Overview:

The Marketing and Sales Manager supports the company’s efforts to attract new customers, increase sales, and strengthen brand presence. This role assists with marketing campaigns, customer outreach, sales activities, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and effective business operations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, PR, Communications, or other related courses.
  • Having a background in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Can speak Mandarin - English is an advantage
  • With at least 1-3 years of experience as a Marketing and Sales Manager (internship included)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, analytics).
  • Can work and travel with minimal supervisions and manages own time effectively
  • Must be able to lead strategic conversation with diverse team of people
  • Critical thinker, highly creative with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Solid computer skills including MS Excel, web analytics etc.
  • Broad knowledge in managing social media platforms and other marketing technical software

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
  • Create and schedule social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Help maintain and update the company’s website and marketing databases.
  • Identify target leads and revenue opportunities through solid marketing campaigns.
  • Accommodate inquiries and feedbacks with strong analytical ability through providing clients with comprehensive and exact information about the products and services.
  • Collaborate with different teams and other department to achieve objective and customer satisfaction.

Sales Support

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or in person to explain product/service offerings.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and update the CRM system.
  • Assist the sales team in meeting targets by coordinating appointments and generating reports.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Support marketing and sales teams with daily administrative duties.
  • Track marketing metrics, compile reports, and help measure campaign performance.
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
