Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual loan sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture market share in commercial and consumer loans.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and tactics needed.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance and meet sales quotas.
• Providing training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessary.

Marketing and Brand Management:

• Develop and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to promote loan products to target customers.
• Ensure Brand consistency and enhance brand recognition in the market.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

Sales & Operations and Reporting:

• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Job Specification (Education and/or Work Experience Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the financial services industry, specifically in commercial and consumer loans
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
• Strong understanding of loan products, credit risk, and financial regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in sales tools
