1. Receive, entertain, and process customer inquiries through call, email, social media, and other communications channels.
2. Develop and maintain relations and communications between customers and the company.
3. Coordinate and process customer inquiries and orders internally within the company, and communicate important information back to customers such as stock availability, shipping dates, and statements of accounts.
4. Develop, entertain, and screen prospective retailers, dealers, and distributors of Harbest products.
5. Provide timely after-sales services to address customer concerns such as complaints, product returns, product defects, etc. Provide technical assistance by way of basic troubleshooting and by referring customers’ specific technical concerns to Harbest technical personnel if needed.
6. Refer customers to the relevant Harbest personnel, such as requests for machinery, greenhousing, and irrigation engineering requirements, public procurement projects, among others.
7. Take all necessary ethical steps to ensure growth of sales revenues.
8. Ensure proper collection of customer payments, and coordinate these payments for confirmation with accounting.
9. Prepare activity reports showing details and results of daily activities.
10. Perform other related activities or additional non-related activities as may be reasonably required by the company.

Qualifications

1. Any Associate, Vocational, or Diploma degree or higher, with preference given to Bachelors of Agricultural and Marketing courses.
2. No prior relevant experience necessary, but it is preferred.
3. Strong preference given to licensed professionals.
4. Job assignment in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
5. Persevering and diligent, with a strong sense of ethics and personal integrity.
6. Diplomatic and personable, with a great sense of humor and a friendly manner.
7. Extroverted and open to new experiences.
