Job Summary:

The Customer Representative and Sales Assistant is responsible for driving sales growth through active client acquisition, relationship management, and on-site selling activities. The role focuses on generating and managing B2B accounts for packaging and trading products, including sacks, kraft packaging, animal feeds, rice, flour, beans, and pellets, while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment for both local and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective B2B clients, distributors, and trading partners to generate sales and expand accounts.
  • Present and promote packaging and trading products, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales agreements.
  • Identify new business opportunities within domestic and export markets; develop and grow assigned territories or key accounts.
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and contracts aligned with approved pricing, volumes, and delivery terms.
  • Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and compliance with export–import requirements.
  • Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and delivery performance; provide on-site and post-sales support to clients as needed.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support pricing and product strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using prescribed sales reporting tools.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales or B2B account management; exposure to packaging, manufacturing, or agricultural trading is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling corporate clients and conducting on-site sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Basic working knowledge of export–import processes, logistics coordination, and trade documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to do extensive field work and travel as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM or sales reporting systems.
