Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help improve sales operations efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring smooth communication between sales and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and schedules
• Maintain and update sales records, databases, and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams and clients as needed
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and targets

Qualifications

• College graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• With experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong presentation and reporting skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
