Description
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions that allows end users to maximize their energy efficiency and optimize process productivity.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Provide technical support during sales processes and post-sales activities.
- Conduct surveys and audits and provide training for customers to strengthen the relationship, capture the opportunities, and translate into growth.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales or technical roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Customer Relationship Management expertise
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales experience
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage clients, understand needs, propose solutions, and drive sales.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, empathetic, and results-driven with a strong team spirit.
