The Transformer Sales Support Engineer provides technical and commercial support to the sales team by preparing proposals, technical documents, and cost estimates for transformer products. This role ensures customer requirements are accurately translated into compliant and competitive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales for distribution and power transformers
• Prepare technical proposals, datasheets, and compliance statements
• Review customer specifications and clarify technical requirements
• Assist in cost estimation, pricing, and bid preparation
• Coordinate with design, production, and supply chain teams
• Support customer inquiries, meetings, and technical discussions
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, and customer standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of transformer design, standards, and applications
• Experience in technical sales, proposals, or engineering support
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation tools
