Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide continuous coaching and support
• Strengthen customer engagement and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent strategic planning and sales forecasting abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Must be able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle with a valid driver’s license
