Job description:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets focusing on hotels, restaurants, and casinos.
• Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each account.
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and secure new business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Create and implement good strategies and best practices to generate sales and expand channels nationwide.
• Oversee and manage the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate of any course
• Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Solid experience in sales particularly in cigarette / e-cigarette business.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Willing to travel or do field work / field sales
• Work assignment: Head Office at Ermita, Manila
