Responsibilities

• Maintain organized files, records, and operational reports
• Prepare operational and financial summaries for the Director of Operations
• Coordinate communication across Sales, Greenhouse, and Admin teams
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
• Handle scheduling, data entry, and administrative correspondence
• Support team meetings and improve reporting and admin processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in administrative, accounting, or operations support roles
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial record-keeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Word
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to undergo 2–3 months of training in Sogod, Cebu, after which work-from-home arrangements are possible.
