Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to Sales Operations and Deal Desk functions.
• Manage and execute repetitive task support workflows with high efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as a primary point of contact for complex Salesforce field inquiries, providing clear and actionable process guidance.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams to ensure seamless sales support and operational alignment.
• Assist Account Executives directly with sales-related queries and technical support, ensuring professional and direct interactions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within Sales Operations or a Deal Desk/Support Desk function.
• Prior experience in Sales operations or a deal desk environment.
• Skilled in utilizing the Google and Microsoft Suites, along with strong technical skills in salesforce support/administration, basic SQL, and basic Tableau.
• Deep experience with Salesforce; a background in Salesforce administration or development is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively answer complex salesforce field inquiries and provide clear, actionable process guidance.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration with diverse internal teams.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical ability within a high-paced Sales environment.
• Comfort and efficiency in managing repetitive task support workflows.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and directly with Account Executives (AEs)
