What you'll be doing

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges
3. Provide expert technical and product knowledge to guide clients in selecting the optimal solutions
4. Prepare and present professional sales proposals and presentations
5. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
6. Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to identify new business opportunities
7. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help drive the company's growth

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a technical sales or engineering sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
2. Minimum 1-2 years of technical sales experience specifically within the construction industry
3. Strong technical expertise and understanding of Sales Representatives/Consultants products and services
4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with construction materials and related products
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to client challenges
7. Proven experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations
8. Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline, Architecture, Technical Sales, or a closely related technical field.
