Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Representative includes serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, providing technical support, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare gate pass for delivery.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Monitor and coordinate delivery schedule. Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary. Handle returns or complaints.
  • Assist client for any issues and inquiry.
  • Handle account of clients.
  • Look for potential customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate cost per product.
  • Attend client’s meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 0–2 years experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
