Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our services
• Qualify prospects and generate new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings

Qualifications:

• At least college level
• With BPO experience (voice account preferred)
• Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications
