We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain the store’s visual appearance and restock merchandise as needed
• Operate POS systems and handle cash, credit, or other transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Stay up to date on promotions, inventory, and new products

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or promotional experience is a plus (but not required)
• With strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh grads or undergrads are welcome to apply
• Presentable, neat, and confident in appearance.
• Outgoing personality with great energy
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
