Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and sustain new and existing business opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives
  • Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments in accordance with company policies
  • Actively promote the company’s products and solutions in the market
  • Conduct professional product presentations and briefings to clients
  • Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, and main contractors to secure product specifications
  • Coordinate with building offices, management offices, and applicators regarding product specifications and requirements
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support overall business operations


Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience is preferred
  • Experience in building materials sales will be considered an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated positive attitude with strong work ethics and professionalism
  • Must possess own transportation
